Rancho Santa Fe will soon get it’s first new commercial building in nearly a decade. The exciting addition to the Plaza De Acacia, located on Avenida de Acacias and Paseo Delicias in Rancho Santa Fe, should be finished mid-July.

The two story building is 6,000 square feet and though it does not have a designated purpose, the upper floor is open office space. There is also an elevator and room for a vault and ATMs.

Unfortunately, the project will prohibit the Plaza De Acacia parking lot from being accessed between May 27th and June 17th.

While this will force residents to find a new place to park for three weeks, the sacrifice will be well worth it, as, according to Chris Allen from Lindsley Construction Company, the project’s manager, this new commercial project in Rancho Santa Fe will be the “nicest building in town.”
